Q1.Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do.

Q2. What is the estimated time of delivery?
Normal orders about 15-20 days
Receiving time = Processing time (around 7-15 Calendar days) + Shipping time (around 5-8 Calendar days)
Processing time normally depands on the dress styles and handwork, simple dress can be finished in a week, while some complicated dresses may need over 15 days.

*Rush order is accepted here, please email us: service@fancyvestido.com to confirm whether you can get it on time.
*Total Shipping Time of mixed orders with items in different dresses should be calculated using the longest estimate times listed.

Q3. Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes, pls choose expedited shipping and email us your order number. So that we can arrange fast shipping for you.(Some rush order may cost extra shipping fee).

 

About Order/Payment

Q1.Can I get some coupon?
To register on our website, you become eligible for special offers, discounts, free gifts, or even a free dress. Visit our website and check your email by subscribing our latest news often to stay updated on these special offers.

Q2. How do I place the order with custom service?
You can choose custom the size or color and email us the following informations.
Color number:(pls refer to our color swatch and choose the color number you need)
Size:(pls refer to the measure method and send us your bust, waist, hips, height)

Q3. How do I change my shipping information once my order is placed?
Please contact us for modification before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot modify it.

Q4. How is the quality of your products?
Our product quality is good relative to our rivals. All of our products are the same as the photos. Products are suitable for price-competitive, non-high-ended market.

Q5.Will I receive email confirmations once my order is completed and shipped?
Sure, we will email you.
If you placed your order but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! You may still have an order, you'll just want to try the following to double check.

1) Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there.

2) If you signed in through Facebook or Gmail, check the email linked with that.
Go to "My Orders" and you'll be able to see all the order's you've placed and should be able to see the status of your order.

3) Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from Fancyvestido.

4) If you still can't find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.

Q6. What kind of payments do you accept?
Only Paypal vs Visa&Master Credit Card.(Click here for details)

Q7. Can i cancel my order?
1) For wedding apparel and special occasion dresses (prom dresses, homecoming dresses.etc ):
Orders canceled within 72 hours since paid will get full refund.
Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 80% refund of total amount.
Order finished before shipment will get 70% refund of total amount.
Once order is shipped out, there is no way to cancel it.

2) For clothes,accessories etc.
Orders canceled before shipment will get full refund.

Q8. Is my payment secure on Fancyvestido website?
We have appropriate organizational safeguards and security measures in place to protect your data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.

Q9. How to clearn my dress?
Dress Care: Hand wash in cold water.
Our dresses are folded for faster shipping. Please use steam to remove any wrinkles upon arrival.

 

About Return

Q1.How do I return the item I got?
We highly suggest you refer to our size chart and measurement guides to choose your correct size or color. All our dresses are true to size chart. If standard size does not suit you, you can also choose our custom size service, which is for free.

1) After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If there is something wrong with our product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of your order's delivery date*. If you want to return it, please include your order number and an explanation and photographs or videos to show the reason for the return.

PS:We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged, and we have 3 days requirement. That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made.

And we do not have try on situation return. We do not accept return that purchase two or three or more products to try them on and just need one, would live to return the rest back)

2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information:

a)Photos of the package you send back;

b) Tracking number;

PS:All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and without any perfume.Or we can not refund.

(We are trying our best to improve our customer’s shopping experience, just be honest. )

3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.

PS: As for the return shipping cost, you had to pay for it by yourself.
