Return Policy

We realize that it is difficult for you to purchase products online especially formal dresses, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase in our site Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
Also before you place the order, highly suggest you refer to our size chart and measurement guides to choose your correct size or color. All our dresses are true to size chart.


1)For wedding apparel and special occasion dresses (prom dresses, homecoming dresses.etc ):
Orders canceled within 48 hours since paid will get full refund.
Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 70% refund of total amount.
Order canceled after 7 days will get 50% refund of total amount.
Once order is shipped out, there is no way to cancel it.

2)For clothes,accessories etc.
Orders canceled before shipment will get full refund.

If you would like to return your order, please contact our customer service ( in 7 days once you got it. 

Please note that if you refuse the delivery of your package we will not be able to accept the return.

Returns that are late because you were away on holiday or your event was cancelled will be refused - no exceptions.

1) After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If there is something wrong with our product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of your order's delivery date*. If you want to return it, please include your order number and an explanation and photographs or vidoes to show the reason for the return.

PS:We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged, and we have 7 days requirement. That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made.

And we do not have try on situation return. We do not accept return that purchase two or three or more products to try them on and just need one, would live to return the rest back)

2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information:

a)Photos of the package you send back;

b) Tracking number;

PS:All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and without any perfume.Or we can not refund.
Custom dresses are made specifically to the color and style you provide. That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchange on custom dresses. Please double check your order details before ordering.

3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.

PS:Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer; delivery charges are also nonrefundable.
We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged or Packages be inspected by the customs (the customer should pay the customs clearance), please keep the receipt with tracking information, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
Returning items back to us from outside Europe - please be aware you will need to provide customs with the correct information on your return, please state that it's returned goods with no value, we will not be held responsible if your return is returned back to you.
