It is important to determine the exact position of the lower hip. It is generally the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Take a horizontal measurement at this location. Keeping the tape measure parallel to the waist ribbon.

Hallow to Floor - Stand straight and measure in bare feet. Begin at the hallow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

Height - Measure in bare feet. Begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.
